Ingredients

  • 2 yellow squash, sliced

  • 2 zucchini, sliced

  • 2 tbsp. fresh thyme

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Slice the yellow squash and zucchini
  • Remove the thyme leaves from the stem. Discard the stem.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the yellow squash and zucchini. Top the squash with the thyme and cook until tender.
